1A – ADDED VALUE THROUGH QUALITY
With this new 1A-Flexo Diamond serie (on a cloth foil) a multitude of hard and wear resistant materials can be processed more efficiently. Through the product choice, a high abrasion with a long life time can be achieved on the one hand, as well as fine and repeatable surfaces on the other hand. 1A-Flexo Diamond Strip can be used dry and with all common cooling lubricants in different areas. Basically we recommend the wet application for a longer life time and for a finer surface.
APPLICATION AREAS
For grinding and polishing hard coatings, glass, ceramic, sinter metal, stone, GFK and for a lot of hardly to be worked materials in the paper- and printing industry, tool and mould manufacturing, for coaters in the glass-, porcelain-, optical industries and for further areas.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
The diamond grits are evenly spaced, anchored in a nickel or in a resin bond on a cloth foil, to provide a spectrum from high abrasion (nickel bond) until a well polished surface (resin bond). According to customer requirements self adhesive backing, magnetic backing or hook and loop can be delivered as well.

Our 1A-Endless Belts are flexible diamond tools, with a cloth backing on which the diamond is nickel- or resin bond plated. The nickel plated films are particularly suitable for high abrasion and durability, the resin bond plated ones by comparison are less aggressive and achieve fine polished surfaces.
APPLICATION AREAS:
Polishing of hard coatings, ceramic, glass, tungsten carbide, natural stone and other hard and difficult-to-process materials.
DIMENSIONS:
We can supply all established dimensions according to customers specification and special dimensions as well.

1A-HANDPADS
Our 1A-Handpads are hard foam pads with nickel– or resin bond plated diamond polishing surfaces on the rear side.
APPLICATION AREAS:
Manual operations, polishing of small surfaces, fettling operations of hard materials, eg. ceramic, tungsten carbide, glass and hard coatings. The pads should be generally used in combination with common cooling lubricants or with water.

We can supply different grit sizes from 3µm up to 250µm, which have different colors.
